We are launching a new class consisting of a strength exercise that is specific or complimentary to the sport of Weightlifting, followed by a moderate or high intensity workout designed to improve the body's energy systems.

About the event

NEW CROSSLIFT CLASSES STARTING MONDAY 12/10. Definition: A class that consists of a strength exercise, often one that is specific or complimentary to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, followed by a moderate or high intensity workout designed to improve the body’s energy systems. These 60 minute classes are broken down as follows: 10 min Warm up: 20 min Strength exercise. 20 min Metabolic Conditioning piece. 10 min Equipment clean down. Example: 20 mins to work up to a 3RM snatch grip deadlift, then 5x3 snatch high pull @ 50% of 3RM. For time (20 min cap) 50 wall balls 40 kettlebell swings 30 goblet squats 20 plate ground to overhead 10 Barbell roll outs.
